It was clear in court when representing us that Rick was very knowledgeably in regard to criminal law and court proceedings. He carries himself well within the court room and comes across charismatically to all parties. (Which is a phenomenal skill in the legal world, IMO)Throughout the whole court process, Rick was able to offer recommendations and file motions to remove a NCO ultimately leading to my family being reunited. Rick far exceeded my expectations of a criminal defense attorney. He responded to my phone call right away and we met in his office the next day, even though it was Saturday.
